How to Prepare

To reduce the risk of bruising:

• Avoid alcohol, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications, and products containing salicylic acid (often found in facial cleansers).

• Inform your physician if you are taking or have recently taken blood-thinning medication, as this may increase the likelihood of bruising or bleeding.

What to Expect

• A consultation followed by topical numbing before treatment.
